Welcome to my updated website.
I live in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland with my wife Ellen and am currently working as a PhD researcher in the Mechanical Engineering department of Queen’s University Belfast.
This website contains some information on my career, including my research interests, and there are also areas for some of my other hobbies: music, photography and film.
The music section contains some examples of music compositions and arrangements I have produced for various groups. I specialise in arranging music for saxophone and other woodwind ensembles and for further details on what is available, please get in touch.
My photography section shows a small selection of my photographs. I seem to have tended towards urban and abstract photography; you can browse and contact me for more information or with comments.
My blog is largely devoted to reviews of films that I see throughout the year along with other things that occasionally provoke me enough to write about them.
